OPS FLUID IN KIDAL:
BAMAKO - The spokesman of the Movement for the uniqueness and jihad in West Africa (Mujao), an Islamist group that occupied northern Mali in 2012, told AFP Thursday having committed an attack in Kidal, where a vehicle exploded near a camp of French soldiers and Chad.
